Mackeyville, PA – Clinton County Raceway is hosting the 600 Micro Sprint
Pro Series event Wednesday July 1st. The Pro Series has grown in leaps in bounds
and has become one of the better-known Micro Sprint Series throughout PA. The
purse is based off of the Pro Series format so a huge payday is possible for
one Micro Pilot as they could see upwards of a $2500 handed to them in victory
lane. Also, along with the 600 Micro’s the 270 Micro’s will run
a high paying race, which will see $1000 go to the winner. With the strong fields
of micros already racing during the Friday night events, it’s anybody’s
guess as to who will come out on top.
Gates open at 5pm with hot laps at 6:30. Pit Passes are $25 with grandstand admission only $8. The 600’s will have a $25 entry fee and the 270’s will have a $10 entry fee. This will be a points paying event. Clinton County Raceway uses one way radios so drivers are strongly encouraged to use them. The radios help in both safety and lineups along with helping to speed the show up.
